Welkom bij RoventraGadgets. Door onze website te bezoeken of een bestelling te plaatsen, ga je akkoord met de onderstaande voorwaarden.
1. Algemeen
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen via onze webshop. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, bevestig je dat je minimaal 18 jaar oud bent of toestemming hebt van een ouder of voogd.
2. Producten
Wij doen ons best om producten zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te beschrijven. Kleine afwijkingen in kleur, formaat of verpakking kunnen voorkomen.
3. Prijzen
Alle prijzen worden weergegeven in euro (€) en zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld. Wij behouden ons het recht voor prijzen op elk moment aan te passen.
4. Betaling
Betalingen worden veilig verwerkt via onze betaalpartners. Een bestelling wordt pas verwerkt nadat de betaling is ontvangen.
5. Verzending
Bestellingen worden verwerkt binnen 1–3 werkdagen. De levertijd bedraagt doorgaans 5–15 werkdagen, afhankelijk van het land van levering en de vervoerder.
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door de vervoerder, douane of andere omstandigheden buiten onze controle.
6. Retourneren
Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, mits het product ongebruikt is en zich in de originele verpakking bevindt.
Na ontvangst en controle van de retourzending wordt het aankoopbedrag terugbetaald via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
7. Garantie
Bij een defect of beschadigd product neem je zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. Indien het product onder de wettelijke garantie valt, zorgen wij voor een passende oplossing.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag van de betreffende bestelling. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of gevolgschade.
9. Privacy
Persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt volgens ons Privacybeleid en uitsluitend gebruikt voor het verwerken van bestellingen en het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening.
10. Intellectueel eigendom

11. Toepasselijk recht
