At RoventraGadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returning Your Item

Once you have notified us that you wish to return your order, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at RoventraGadgets@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  • Return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

When you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs you paid for your order, as required by EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive your returned item.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
